We identify different problems and challenges affecting the educational world today, seeking the best available evidence to design and implement innovative programs that respond to these needs and then evaluate their impact and results.
Fundación Luksic’s Laboratorio de Educación is a program that was born as a result of the foundation’s more than 10 years of experience in the area of Education. Our goal is to implement evidence-based programs that improve youth learning and education in the country.
We identify different problems and challenges affecting the educational world today, seeking the best available evidence to design and implement innovative programs that respond to these needs and then evaluate their impact and results.
We understand that there is no single level of difficulty in the educational world, so we develop programs with heterogeneous scopes in terms of results, coverage and time.
We are currently developing different programs and initiatives. Among them is Data Wise, a project implemented in four schools of the “Servicio Local de Educacion Pública Gabriela Mistral”. This program seeks to support teachers and principals in the collaborative research of their data to implement improvements in learning. On the other hand, there is also “Chaka”, an initiative implemented in five schools in Arica, which seeks to promote integral development through collaborative work between technical-professional secondary education schools, teachers and students. Additionally, during 2020 through the Laboratorio de Educación, the Foundation joined the challenge of “Tenemos que Hablar de Educación” and was awarded the implementation of the “Red Futuro Técnico of Mineduc” in the Northern macro zone (Valparaíso and Coquimbo), in collaboration with Fundación Chile.
