Physical activity, promotion of values, new friends and lots of fun. The free field hockey and soccer schools, which are part of the Luksic Foundation, in addition to promoting sports, seek to encourage a healthy lifestyle and the development of socio-emotional skills in children and adolescents. The program also gives talks and workshops on positive parenting and healthy eating free of charge to the students’ families.
“The schools are available to all boys and girls who wish to participate and want to join an experience that will not only allow them to improve their sports skills, but also to learn values that will serve them off the field,” said Jaime Pizarro, director of the Luksic Foundation’s Sports area.
