Fifth version of Despega Mujer
In its fifth edition, to be implemented during 2024, the program will support 100 women entrepreneurs from the regions of Magallanes, Aysén, and El Maule.
Each entrepreneur will receive tools to boost their businesses, such as financing, courses, training, mentoring in digitalization, social networks, administration, and management; marketing strategies, product development, and leadership skills; as well as learning circles with the aim that the winners can form a community, establish strong networks among themselves forming an environment of collaboration and mutual support, where women can share experiences, advice, and solutions to common challenges.
The academic program, led by industry experts and leaders in their fields, provides entrepreneurs with practical tools and specialized knowledge to strengthen their businesses.
Despega Mujer seeks to empower a segment of the female population that has previously participated in entrepreneurship programs such as microcredits from Fondo Esperanza and Banigualdad or in the Impulso Inicial program of Fundación Luksic, but still requires more support and guidance to achieve further development of their businesses, hence the call will be made through said institutions.
