OUR MODEL
How We Do It
We implement social programs and provide direct support to individuals and communities across Chile. Our initiatives are grounded in evidence and shaped by the experiences of the people they serve, enabling high-quality implementation. We continuously evaluate our programs to drive improvement and ensure sustainable outcomes.
People-centered
People are at the center of what we do. Each stage of our model is designed to consider the experience, challenges, and reality of those who are users of our programs.
Evidence-based Design + Service Design
Evidence-based Design
The first stage of our model begins with the design of our programs. In this phase, we identify a need or problem and analyze the best way to address it. To do this, we review national and international literature, interview experts, and talk to users and communities to deeply understand the challenges from different perspectives.
Service Design
Using the theory of change, a strategic tool that allows planning how certain actions will contribute to achieving the expected results, we develop a service design. We think and design how the program will be implemented from the user's point of view, ensuring a positive and appropriate experience that is aligned with the program's objectives. We establish key process and outcome indicators that allow us to measure progress from the beginning and guide future decisions.
Quality Implementation + Implementation Evaluation
Quality Implementation
Once the design is complete, we move on to the implementation phase. Each of our programs operates on cycles, usually annual, and our goal is for these cycles to be implemented with high quality standards. To achieve this, we formalize processes, ensure key areas for the experience of people, such as the protection of their personal data; and apply a service model that guides us in the experience we want to provide to those who participate in our initiatives.
Implementation Evaluation
While each of our programs is being executed, our evaluation area continuously monitors whether the implementation responds to what was defined in the design stage. This plays a key role: it allows identifying good practices, correcting mismatches in time, and ensuring that the program progresses towards the expected results.
Results and Continuous Improvement
Once the cycle of a program ends, we develop processes for evaluating and monitoring results. This way, we can make evidence-based decisions and adapt our initiatives towards continuous improvement. To do this, we systematically analyze the results of our programs, review surveys conducted before and after implementation, and gather data including perception indicators, reputation, and other aspects.
Impact for a Sustainable Chile
Our work aims to generate positive and lasting changes that contribute to the sustainable development of the country. Therefore, we not only evaluate what we do but also manage and share the knowledge we acquire throughout the process. We believe this knowledge can contribute to strengthening the social and public ecosystem, opening opportunities for collaboration and collective learning.
The Dimensions of Well-being
We work to promote the well-being of those who live in Chile, recognizing that this has many dimensions. Through our contributions, we seek to empower each person to shape their own path and contribute to the country’s development.

It makes a tremendous difference to have an expert to accompany you in your business and allow you to identify how to improve. We have grown so much this last time that we have a structure of 50 collaborators positively impacting both their lives and their families, something that fills us with responsibility, but above all with pride.
