We believe that through a Chile that is better connected to the world, present and future challenges can be met. We support the access of Chileans to international training programs, so that they can become agents of change for the country.

  • Master's Scholarships

    Full scholarships* for graduate (master’s) level students abroad. Programs are currently available at 7 universities.
    *With the exception of the scholarship in the U.Chile program with MIT, which is an executive master’s degree and therefore the scholarship is partial.

    • Context

      We seek to promote the access of Chileans to master's degree programs abroad.
    • Intervention

      We select master's degree programs in key areas for Chile's development.
    • Expectation

      Increased availability of scholarships for Chileans in master's degree programs abroad, focused on priority areas.
  • Research

    Fellowship opportunity for academics from any discipline to spend at least four months abroad. Programs are currently available at two universities.

    • Context

      We seek to promote the access of Chilean academics to Fellowships in foreign universities.
    • Intervention

      We grant funding to Fellowships programs to give greater access to Chilean academics.
    • Expectation

      Increase the number of Chilean academics with experience, contacts and networks abroad.
  • Courses in Chile

    We bring expertise from foreign universities to Chile, through certifications that we carry out in the country.

    • Context

      We seek to promote access to cutting-edge international certifications in Chile.
    • Intervention

      We bring innovative programs, taught by international universities to Chile. We select certifications that are relevant and pertinent to Chile's development.
    • Expectation

      Increase in the number of Chileans certified by foreign institutions.
