Older people continue to create, innovate and generate value in their communities and in the country’s economy. For this reason, we support their entrepreneurial development to strengthen their projects, expand their opportunities and deploy their experience and talent, through calls specially designed for this stage.

  • Context

    Older entrepreneurs face barriers to remain active in the workforce or develop their businesses, so it is key to promote new opportunities for a more inclusive society.

  • Intervention

    Our intervention seeks to accompany people over 50 who seek to consolidate their businesses, recognizing the value of their experience and trajectory. We believe in their autonomy to redefine projects, generate new opportunities and continue building wellbeing in this stage of life.

  • Expectation

    Strengthen the economic autonomy and well-being of older entrepreneurs, promoting sustainable businesses that allow them to continue actively participating in the economy and contributing with their experience to the development of their communities and the country.
