Fundación Luksic expands its master’s scholarship offering and renews partnerships with the London School of Economics (LSE), Oxford, Sciences Po and the University of Edinburgh
- With the aim of continuing to support Chileans in accessing master’s programs at leading international universities, Fundación Luksic has renewed its partnerships with world-renowned institutions for another three years. It will also offer scholarships for new master’s programs focused on the green transition and sustainable infrastructure, expanding opportunities for professionals to pursue further studies in fields that contribute to Chile’s development.
As part of the strengthening of Fundación Luksic’s international education programs, Macarena Cea, General Manager, and Isabella Luksic, Vice President, held meetings in France and the United Kingdom with university leaders and academic teams from the London School of Economics (LSE), the University of Oxford, the University of Edinburgh and Sciences Po. The meetings aimed to deepen collaboration with these institutions and explore new educational opportunities for Chilean professionals seeking to pursue postgraduate studies abroad.
“These partnerships enable more Chilean professionals to access cutting-edge education while connecting with new ideas, knowledge and international networks. We want this experience to translate into skills and knowledge that can contribute to Chile’s development, particularly in the face of challenges such as the green transition, sustainability, public management, and the responsible use and implementation of new technologies,” explains Fernanda Orellana, Education Manager at Fundación Luksic.
Renewed partnerships and expanded master’s scholarship offering
At the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), support will continue for the Master of Public Administration and the Master of Public Policy. At the University of Oxford, Fundación Luksic will continue supporting the Master of Public Policy.
At the University of Edinburgh, the partnership includes the MSc in Circular Economy, the MSc in Data Ethics and AI, and, starting this year, the new MSc in Future Infrastructure, Climate Change and Sustainability.
At Sciences Po, the partnership offers opportunities across three of its schools. At the School of Public Affairs, scholarships are available for the Master in Public Policy and the Master in European Affairs. At the Paris School of International Affairs, opportunities include the Master in International Governance and Diplomacy, the Master in International Economic Policy, the Master in International Development, the Master in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action, the Master in Environmental Policy, the Master in International Energy Transitions, and the Master in International Security.
Starting this year, scholarships will also be available through the new Paris Climate School, the first European school dedicated to the green transition, for the Master in Ecological Transition, Risks and Governance.

To apply for a Luksic Scholarship, interested candidates must apply directly through the universities, following their regular admission and financial aid application processes. Fundación Luksic does not participate in these processes.
Each scholarship call will also be announced in due course through Fundación Luksic’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. Information sessions will be held for those interested in learning more about the available study opportunities and the application process.
