The Blavatnik School of Government and the Luksic Foundation Renew Their Partnership
A new agreement has been signed between the Blavatnik School of Government and the Luksic Foundation, confirming the Foundation’s continued support for the Luksic Public Service Fellowship over the next three years.
Since 2014, the Luksic Scholarship has enabled twenty outstanding Chilean students to pursue the Master of Public Policy (MPP) at the Blavatnik School of Government. At the heart of this partnership is a shared commitment to ensuring that deserving candidates from all backgrounds have equal access to educational opportunities. The three scholarship recipients in the MPP Class of 2025 are Trinidad Pacareu, Belén Tomic, and Sofía Cubillos Morgado.

This collaboration has gone far beyond the fellowship itself. With support from the Luksic Foundation, the Case Centre on Public Leadership has translated seven Blavatnik School case studies into Spanish, making them accessible to a much wider audience. And in January 2026, a delegation from the Case Centre traveled to Santiago to lead the second edition of its dynamic two-day workshop on the Case Method for Public Policy, which brought together faculty members from 20 universities across Chile to receive hands-on training and collaborate.
As this partnership continues to grow, both the Luksic Foundation and the Blavatnik School remain steadfast in their mission to educate the next generation of public leaders, equipping talented individuals from all walks of life with the tools they need to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges with confidence and determination.
