Positive Parenting: Luksic Foundation Launches a Call for Applications of a Program for Mothers and Fathers

Tantrums, difficulties managing emotions, and challenges in setting boundaries are common situations in parenting. To support parents and caregivers in addressing these challenges, Fundación Luksic has opened applications for its Positive Parenting Program, a free initiative that provides practical strategies to strengthen family relationships and promote positive interactions with children.

“Children don’t come with an instruction manual, but there are tools that can help families better navigate everyday challenges,” said Cristián Schalper, General Manager of Social Programs. “Small changes in the way we relate to our children can make a significant difference in their development and well-being.”

Parents and caregivers of children between the ages of 4 and 12 who live in the Metropolitan Region of Chile may apply for the program until June 26, provided they have not previously participated in another parenting initiative offered by the Foundation.

The program is delivered through workshops and personalized support from trained facilitators. It includes five online group sessions (up to two hours each) and three individual phone or video-call sessions (up to 30 minutes each).
